As introduced: - Prohibits a covered entity, defined as an entity that makes algorithmic determinations and possesses or controls personal information of at least 25,000 residents, has $15 million in annualized gross receipts for the last three years, is a data broker, or is a service provider, from algorithmic discrimination. - Requires a written agreement between a covered entity and a service provider conducting an algorithm determination. - Requires notice to individuals explaining how personal information is used in algorthimic determinations. - Requires disclosure to an individual to which adverse action has been taken that grants a right to access and correct personal information. Requires annual audits. - Creates a private right of action.
