As introduced: - Requires a contract for the copyright for professional services of a digital replica is only valid if it permits the creation and use of a digital replica that otherwise would have been performed in person, the terms are stated clearly and conspicuously, and it is reasonably specific in the intended uses of the digital replica. - Exempts contracts subject to collective bargaining agreements.
