As introduced: - Prohibits a person from knowingly, willfully, and with fraudulent intent utilizing the personal identifying information of an individual without consent to cause harm. - Prohibits knowingly, willfully, and with fraudulent intent to use artificial intelligence or a deepfake to impersonate another with intent to defraud, mislead, or cause harm or to create or distribute false records with an intent to cause harm, induce personal information, or obtain something of value.
