As introduced: - Prohibits a health care provider or insurance carrier from using artificial intelligence only to reduce costs at the expense of reducing quality of care. - Requires a health care provider or insurance carrier that uses artificial intelligence to disclose data about the decisions made using artificial intelligence. Requires a third party audit.
