As introduced: - Directs the Generative AI and Natural Language Processing Task Force to recommend policies and procedures concerning the procurement, deployment, and use by State agencies of systems that employ generative artificial intelligence; recommend policies and procedures concerning uses by State agencies of generative artificial intelligence that should be prohibited; and assess the use of generative artificial intelligence by State agencies on the provision of State services.
