As introduced: - Prohibits knowingly, willfully, and with fraudulent intent utilizing the personal identifying information of an individual without consent, in order to cause harm. - Prohibits assuming the identity of another person to harm, harass, intimidate, threaten, or coerce the other person. - Prohibits fraudulently using artificial intelligence or a deepfake to impersonate another, create false records to cause harm or induce personal information, or obtain a thing of value.
