As introduced: - Requires a developer to take reasonable precautions to protect consumers from known or reasonably foreseeable risks of algorithmic discrimination from the intended uses of a high-risk artificial intelligence system. Requires providing certain disclosure documentation. - Requires a deployer to take reasonable precautions to protect consumers from known or reasonably foreseeable risks of algorithmic discrimination posed by the intended uses of a high-risk artificial intelligence system. Requires implementation of a risk management policy. - Requires a deployer to complete an impact assessment. Requires a deployer to provide a consumer the opportunity to correct data, appeal an adverse decision with human review, and provide public disclosures. - Requires an agreement to use a digital copy of a person's voice or image to include a description of intended uses and be negotiated by a lawyer or labor union.
