As introduced: - Creates an individual right to authorize the use of the voice or visual likeness of the individual in a digital replica. - Allows the right to be transferrable upon the death of the individual. - Allows a license agreement to use the voice or visual likeness of the individual only if in writing, with a reasonably specific description of intended uses, and if a minor, is court-approved. - Requires an online service to remove or disable access to an unauthorized digital replica as soon as technically and practically feasible after being notified to avoid liability.
