As amended 6/3/2025: - Prohibits the fraudulent misrepresentation of a candidate if, within 90 days before an election and knowingly and intentionally disseminates a campaign advertisement that contains an artificially generated impersonation of a candidate for public office with the intent to misrepresent the words, actions or beliefs of the candidate without a disclaimer.
