As introduced: - Prohibits any state-owned or state-leased device capable of accessing the internet from using any social media application or accessing a website of any app owned by an entity in a foreign county of concern. - Prohibits all officials, employees, or contractors of a state agency, other than a law enforcement officer for law enforcement purposes, rom using applications, software, and AI algorithms that are owned by an entity located in a foreign county of concern.
