Requires reasonable security. - Requires consent to process or transfer biometric information. Prohibits the sale of biometric information. Limits the disclosure of biometric information. Prohibits discrimination against a consumer for withholding consent. - Prohibiting deceptive or unfair data practices, or abusive trade practices. - Prohibits using biometric data to make decisions that produce legal or similar effects ot end users. - Prohibits operation or installation of biometric recognition technology in public places.
