As substituted on 5/6/2025: - Requires a public employer to take specific measures to prevent the use of prohibited applications, including blocking public access to such applications on any networks or virtual private networks the employer owns or manages, restricting access to prohibited applications on government-issued devices, and maintaining the ability to remotely uninstall or wipe any prohibited application from those devices if they are believed to have been adversely affected, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
