As introduced: - Requires artificial intelligence systems to provide a distinctive watermark on any AI-generated product. Prohibits removing a watermark. - Prohibits creating, procuring, processing, or advertising an obscene artificially generated depiction of a minor. - Prohibits creating a digital replica of a person's persona to induce another to make a financial decision or extend credit based on the replica without consent. Prohibits using a digital replica to damage a person's reputation. Prohibits a digital replica to portray a person engaged in sexual content.
