As introduced: - Prohibits accessing or distributing certain sexually explicit depictions of children, including computer-generated content. - Clarifies it is not a defense to include a disclaimer that inclusion of the depicted individual was unauthorrized, or that the image was altered through digitization, or the features of the depicted individual were altered provided the depicted individual remains an identifiable person. - Prohibits a minor under 18 from providing consent.
