As amended on 6/9/2025: - Requires developers of generative AI systems to publish on their websites detailed information about any video, audio, text, or data from covered publications used to train their models, including URLs or URIs accessed by data crawlers, descriptions and provenance of the training data, whether identifying metadata was removed, and the timeframe of data collection. - Requires developers to disclose technical and operational details about web crawlers used to collect training data. - The 5/23/2025 amendment modifies penalties. - The 6/9/2025 amendment grants a journalism provider the right to injunctive relief. Exempts jouralism providers from the definition of "developer."
