As introduced: - Requires all ticket sellers and resellers to display the total all-in price of a ticket upfront during the purchasing process. - Prohibits the sale of a ticket before it has been made publicly available, unless the seller has possession of or a contractual right to the ticket. - Bans the use of automated software (bots) to circumvent security measures or purchase limits and prohibits the sale of any tickets obtained through such methods. - Prohibits online ticket resellers from using website addresses or branding that is deceptively similar to an official venue, artist, or event without permission. - Makes a violation of these provisions an unfair or deceptive act or practice enforceable by the attorney general.
