As introduced: - Prohibits a developer or deployer of an artificial intelligence system from advertising or representing that the system can act as a qualified mental health professional. - Makes a violation of this prohibition an unfair or deceptive act under the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act and subjects violators to a civil penalty of $5,000 per violation.
