As engrossed on 3/11/2026: - Creates the Oklahoma Gas, Artificial Intelligence, and Space Research Hub (GAS Hub) to serve as the state's central coordinating entity for attracting and hosting a U.S. National Laboratory. - Directs the GAS Hub to position the state as a leading national center for advanced oil and gas, artificial intelligence, and aerospace research. - Establishes the Oklahoma National Laboratory Development Program, administered by the GAS Hub, to identify and prepare laboratory sites, aggregate incentives, and coordinate federal applications. - Authorizes the GAS Hub to enter into public-private partnerships to develop research parks, laboratory campuses, and related infrastructure. - Places the GAS Hub under the administration of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce and grants the Department rulemaking authority.
