As introduced: - Prohibits businesses from setting an online price for a consumer based on the consumer's device hardware, hardware state, or installed software. - Restricts the use of a consumer's geolocation data to set a price based on inferences about the consumer, while allowing its use for pricing based on real-time local demand or location-based cost differences. - Establishes a civil penalty of up to $10,000 for each violation and authorizes the Attorney General to bring an action for enforcement.
