As introduced: - Directs the Office of Regulatory Assistance to produce a one-time, AI-generated report analyzing all state agency rules and guidance documents to identify opportunities for streamlining. - Requires each state agency to use artificial intelligence every four years to analyze its rules and subsequently eliminate duplicative or conflicting provisions and assess opportunities to reduce regulatory burden. - Requires each state agency to review all of its guidance documents at least every four years to remove provisions that create new legal requirements not established in statute and to streamline language.
