Exempts small businesses. - Requires deployers to notify a consumer when a high-risk AI system is used to make a consequential decision and requires government agencies to disclose when a consumer is interacting with an AI. - Establishes an artificial intelligence workplace advisory group to develop guiding principles for the use of AI in the workplace. - Grants the attorney general enforcement authority.
