As introduced: - Establishes disclosure requirements for developers and deployers of algorithmic decision systems, including risk analysis documentation and consumer notification for consequential decisions. - Grants individuals the right to access and correct personal data used in consequential algorithmic decisions. - Requires disclosure to an individual when they are interacting with a generative artificial intelligence system. - Establishes joint and several liability for developers and deployers for legal violations facilitated by an algorithmic decision system. - Prohibits a private right of action and grants enforcement authority to the attorney general.
