As prefiled: - Prohibits making available an artificial intelligence (AI) relationship simulation, with an exception for AI developed for legitimate medical purposes that does not simulate a romantic or sexual relationship. - Classifies as a consumer fraud violation the act of making an AI relationship simulation available with the intent to deceive a person into believing they are interacting with a human. - Authorizes the Attorney General to investigate violations and assess civil penalties of up to $25,000 per violation. - Creates a private right of action.
