As introduced: - Prohibits the knowing production, distribution, or possession of an obscene visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. - Prohibits knowingly distributing to a minor any obscene or sexually explicit material. - Specifies that these prohibitions apply to computer-generated or other artificial images, and that the depicted minor does not need to actually exist for a violation to occur. - Establishes an affirmative defense for possessing fewer than three depictions if the person promptly destroys them or reports them to law enforcement.
