As introduced: - Prohibits, unless authorized by the event operator, the resale of an entertainment ticket for a price exceeding its face value plus required taxes and fees. - Prohibits certain ticket reseller practices, including selling tickets before they are publicly available and using deceptive website URLs that imply an official affiliation with a venue or event. - Prohibits circumventing ticket purchasing limits or security measures to acquire tickets.
