As introduced: - Prohibits the distribution of any election communication created or altered using artificial intelligence within 90 days of an election. - Requires any election communication created using artificial intelligence to include a disclosure stating that AI was used in its creation. - Prohibits the use of AI to create or alter deceptive audio or visual media that depicts an opposing candidate in a false, fraudulent, or defamatory manner. - Establishes that a violation of these provisions is a crime of the fourth degree.
