As introduced: - Expands the definitions of "sexual harassment" and "sexual exploitation" to include technology-facilitated acts, such as the non-consensual creation or distribution of "digitized sexually explicit material." - Requires postsecondary institutions, as a condition for receiving state student financial aid funds, to adopt policies prohibiting the non-consensual creation or distribution of digitized sexually explicit material. - Creates a program, upon appropriation, to provide up to $1,000 in financial assistance to student victims to help with the removal of digitized sexually explicit material. - Expands mandatory student training and informational materials at postsecondary institutions to include topics on sexual exploitation and technology-facilitated sexual harassment.
