As introduced: - Prohibits health insurance plans and self-insured governmental health plans from using artificial intelligence to deny a prior authorization for medical necessity or experimental status. - Requires a licensed health care provider to review a prior authorization related to medical necessity or experimental status before a health plan may deny the authorization.
