As introduced: - Prohibits the use of artificial intelligence for telemarketing purposes, including to make a call, mimic a human voice, select telephone numbers, or interact with a consumer. - Establishes civil penalties for violations of up to $25,000 for a first offense, $50,000 for a second offense, and $100,000 for a third or subsequent offense. - Creates a private right of action for an individual who receives a telemarketing call that unlawfully uses artificial intelligence.
