As amended on 2/25/2026: - Establishes the class B felony offense of nonconsensual disclosure of intimate or private images, including digital or computer-generated images, when the disclosure or threatened disclosure is used for coercion, involves a minor or vulnerable adult, causes bodily injury, or results in the victim’s death. - Amends the criteria for an extended term of imprisonment to include offenders whose attempt or commission of this offense against a minor or vulnerable adult proximately causes the victim’s death.
