As introduced: - Prohibits a person from engaging in surveillance-based price discrimination and surveillance-based wage discrimination. - Establishes exceptions for prices justified by cost differences, certain public discounts, and insurance underwriting, and for wages based solely on job-related data or when the employer discloses how its automated system considers data. - Requires entities that use automated decision systems for setting prices or wages to publish procedures that allow individuals to correct their data and request information about how decisions are made.
