As introduced: - Makes water quality practices training for farmers optional instead of required. - Requires a person transporting non-sewage waste or waste materials to a farm to obtain prior approval from the Secretary of Agriculture, Food and Markets. - Expands retail pricing standards to require disclosure of both the total selling price and the unit price for all consumer commodities. - Prohibits retail establishments from using electronic shelf labels and real-time dynamic pricing to increase prices while the store is open to the public. - Requires retail establishments to only increase prices on electronic shelf labels during business hours to correct genuine and documented pricing errors and inform individuals present in the store of the price correction. - Prohibits retail establishments that are 7,000 square feet or smaller from being exempted if the retail establishment has two or more locations as part of that company.
