As enacted: - Prohibits a developer or deployer of an artificial intelligence system from advertising or representing that the system is or can act as a qualified mental health professional. - Makes a violation an unfair or deceptive act under the state's Consumer Protection Act, subject to a civil penalty of $5,000 per violation.
