As enacted: - Expands the offense of identity fraud to prohibit the fraudulent impersonation of an entity or the unauthorized use of an entity's identifying information. - Adds a statutory definition for "entity," to include corporations, organizations, and government bodies, and applies related identity fraud definitions to them.
