As enacted: - Requires terms for any ICE agreements to include 7-day advance notice of operations, including agents' names/ranks; agents must be clearly identified; prohibits immigration enforcement at schools, churches, or courthouses; prohibits broad information requests; and ICE consents to Virginia court jurisdictions for violations. - Specifies that any federal immigration enforcement agreement entered into or maintained in violation of these terms will be void and unenforceable. - Prohibits state and local law enforcement from using public resources to enforce federal immigration law, unless presented with a judicial warrant or judicial subpoena. - Creates a buffer zone around polling places during voting hours. - Bans surveillance technology including facial recognition, license plate readers, drones, and mobile phone surveillance. - Requires a judicial warrant before entering a home for immigration enforcement. - Mandates any agent-involved shooting be investigated by the Virginia State Police. - Requires existing agreements to be modified into compliance by September 1, 2026, or be deemed void.
