Requires reasonable measures to prevent the chatbot from producing materials harmful to minors. Grants enforcement authority to the Department of Legal Affairs with a 45-day right to cure. - Enacts consumer protections that require bots to disclose their non-human nature to users at the outset and at least once per hour. Grants enforcement authority to the Department of Legal Affairs with a 45-day right to cure. - Prohibits AI companies from selling personal data unless it is deidentified.
