As introduced: - Prohibits distributing materially deceptive election-related communication, including synthetic content, with the intent to mislead voters relating to voter registration information, election certification, or express endorsements of candidates or ballot initiatives, within 90 days of an election. Create a cause of action for harmed candidates.
