As introduced: - Prohibits the use or display in an advertisement a picture, image or likeness of a minor without parental consent. Prohibits the use or display of an advertisement of a picture, image, or likeness of a specific minor that is artificially generated. Creates a private right of action. - Adds artificially depicted content of minors to provisions prohibiting the dissemination of sexually explicit material.
