As introduced: - Makes it unlawful to engage in a commercial interaction with a consumer using a chatbot or artificial intelligence agent, mislead the consumer into believing the interaction is with a human, and not providing clear and conspicuous disclosure that the consumer is communicating with an artificial intelligence system and not a human representative.
