As introduced: - Requires employers or employment agencies that use an automatic employment decision tool to make or assist in making an employment decision to give applicants certain notice and obtain consent. - Prohibits the use of an automated decision tool unless consent is obtained and the tool has been the subject of a bias audit within the last year. - Provides penalties for violations.
