As introduced: - Requires a smart device equipped with artificial intelligence to provide notice to the consumer that the AI is designed to access the user's private data, a statement or purpose, with an option to uninstall the AI. - Allows a user that does not uninstall the AI to refuse access to personal data. - Requires an app that uses artificial intelligence to provide notice to the consumer that the AI is designed to access the user's private data, a statement or purpose, with an option to refuse access to the data. - Prohibits the use of an individual's audio or visual likeness without consent for commercial activities, political campaigns, or certain other uses.
