As amended on 6/5/2025: - Holds operators of online services, including AI chat programs and bots, accountable for endangering a child’s welfare if they intentionally facilitate or encourage a child to engage in sexually explicit conduct, produce explicit content, use drugs or alcohol illegally, commit self-harm or suicide, or commit violent crimes. - Requires a landlord to provide a tenant with a written notice at least 60 days before the end of a lease term if the lease will not be renewed and the tenant is required to vacate the unit. This applies to leases of or tenancies renewed for six months or longer. - NOTE: The 5/8/2025 amendment clarifies a knowing element for liability for the operator. Exempts cloud services.
