As amended 9/4/2025: - Requires artificial intelligence developers and deployers to make reasonable efforts to identify AI systems that have a reasonably foreseeable risk of having biased impacts in health care decision-making. Requires mitigation of those risks. - Requires, beginning January 1, 2027, developers to provide a report identifying compliance efforts before making an artificial intelligence system commercially or publicly available to a deployer.
