As amended on 6/5/2025: - Requires any bank that uses automated lending decision tools to conduct an annual impact assessment. - Requires an assessment that reveals algorithmic bias or discrimination to be reported within 30 days. - Requires notice to applicants of the use of such tools in advance, of data used and retention policies, and a reason for denial with an opportunity to correct data and appeal a decision.
