As introduced: - Expands the legal definition of "child pornography" to include artificially generated visual depictions of a minor, such as images indistinguishable from a real minor or those morphed from an identifiable minor's image. - Broadens the offense of providing explicit sexual material to a student to include artificially generated depictions.
