As introduced: - Prohibits knowingly training artificial intelligence to perform certain actions, including to encourage suicide or homicide, provide emotional support, develop an emotional relationship with a user, or simulate a human being, and classifies a violation as a Class A felony. - Creates a civil cause of action for individuals harmed by a violation of these provisions. - Allows for the recovery of actual damages or liquidated damages of $150,000, in addition to punitive damages, attorney's fees, and injunctive relief.
