As enacted: - Expands an individual's property right of publicity to include a "forged digital likeness," making its unauthorized use an infringement. - Creates liability for noneconomic damages for the unauthorized use of a living or deceased individual's or personality's forged digital likeness, whether or not the infringement resulted in any profit. - Defines a "forged digital likeness" as a digitally created or altered representation of an individual that misrepresents the person and is likely to deceive a reasonable person into believing it is genuine.
