As introduced: - Prohibits operators of internet services and applications from providing an algorithmically-curated "addictive feed" to a user unless the operator knows the user is an adult or has obtained verifiable parental consent for a minor. - Prohibits sending notifications related to an addictive feed to a minor between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., and between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on school days. - Restricts the use of any information collected for age verification or parental consent and requires its deletion after use. - Authorizes the Attorney General to enforce the act through civil action, with fines of up to $5,000 per violation, and to create a public complaint website.
