As introduced: - Establishes the New Hampshire artificial intelligence council to advise the state on the ethical development, deployment, and oversight of AI. - Requires disclosure to consumers when they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system. - Prohibits the development or deployment of an AI system for the purpose of social scoring, harmful manipulation, or with the intent to unlawfully discriminate. - Restricts governmental entities from using AI with biometric identifiers to uniquely identify individuals without consent, with exceptions for security and law enforcement. - Grants the attorney general exclusive enforcement authority and specifies no private right of action is created by the chapter.
