Exempts chatbots used for business operations from the disclosure requirement. Provides for a 45-day right to cure. Creates a safe harbor for chatbots aligning with NIST standards. Amends the digital replica provision to exempt news. Establishes a framework for AI used by educational entities. - The 3/4/2026 amendment allows the sale or disclosure of information authorized by federal law. Prohibits schools from providing student access to AI tools before 6th grade.
